The handles do conform to your hands. It does have a good weight so it does evenly spread my mix when i make cookies.<br/><br /><br/><br />I do not have a problem with cookies or pie crusts sticking to the roller.<br/><br /><br/><br />The downsides of this roller are the roller is not thick enough to get my fingers under the roller when rolling. Also try not to get any batter in-between the handle and the roller. However, they came (from Shanghai!) stuffed into an envelope with no care instructions or other type of packaging at all. I have to trust that they are food grade silicone, dishwasher, oven, and microwave safe. If I find that they are not, I will have to notify Amazon and trust that they will stand behind this product. I would have given 5 stars except for this lack of packaging--even a slip of paper with some care instructions would have been acceptable! <b><u>Kitchen Craft Colourworks Silicone Cupcake Cases, Pack of 12</u> </b></div>
