CUSTOMER REVIEW
These are nice vegetable cutters and I would recommend them, but be aware that they may be too big to use on some vegetables, such as an average size carrot. I have been trying to find some carrots that are a bit bigger to use with these, since the shapes cut from average carrots tend to be clipped at the corners.
They're still cute, though, and I can use them on plenty of other things, such as pickled beets or mango slices. I'd recommend hand washing and drying right away. I haven't had problems with rust yet, but in my experience, most cookie cutter-like tools don't do well if exposed to water for very long.
September 2011 update:
I previously mentioned these may be too big to use on some vegetables but figured out if you slice a vegetable, such as a carrot, at an angle, you'll have a bigger surface. Duh. Stainless Steel Vegetable Cutters #K8444 "100% Made in Japan!!"
