Love these ramekins for my individual pot pies. I made individual portions of flan & using them again today for individual lasagna portions. I plan to use them later this week for making au gratin potatoes & serving chili. i absolutely love these ramekins. They're actually larger than I expected being the perfect single serving of meatloaf, casserole, shephards pie, cobbler, or whatever I can think of. It's good portion control too for those who are watching it. I love the sleek design also and plan on getting some other Rachael Ray pieces. I'm considering getting another set of a different color.
