I typically destroy my trays, so this is a great alternative to having to do that. And by destroy, I mean it - there are scratch marks all over them from peeling off stuck on cookies and whatever other mess I made that day.



So when I saw these baking mats, I was like, okay, cool, worth a try. And they are worth it! The high quality, washable material is perfect for baking, and it even saves you money in the long run because you're not buying tons of fattening, caloric cooking sprays or butters just to prevent your cookies from becoming useless heaps of junk.



Bonus points because I can use this to knead pizza dough. Making pizza is one of my favorite activities, and now I can take the dough from the bread maker, knead it on here and transfer it nicely to the pizza stone. This also makes it much cleaner and more sanitary than my old method, which pretty much involved making a mess and hoping for the best when it came to dough.
