This is a great way to make breakfast muffins quickly. They are very small but seven is good enough for the two of us. My wife even made Christmas muffins asgifts instead of cookies this year. They pop out every easily...had no sticking issues at all. She made three types with twenty-four of each. She said it took her much less time than cookies. We're testing freezing/thawing batter ahead of time for breakfast. So far it's worked well...just set the microwave at a very low defrost power or toss the batter in hot water or our warming drawer.
