This is such nice cheesecloth. I am so glad that I was afforded the opportunity to review this Best Quality Cheesecloth by Italiana Migliore in exchange for an unbiased and completely honest review. This cheesecloth is so soft, and fine. It is also 100% non bleached cotton. Absolutely perfect for working with food. Whether you are into bread making, cheese making, etc.., this will be perfect. I actually used this cheesecloth to line the vent openings in my house. I have forced heat and air. I also have asthma and extreme allergies. The asthma and allergy foundation suggest to do this to cut down on dust and allergens being blown throughout the home. I can notice build up easily in the smaller rooms, like my bathroom. I can wipe clean everything, go back a few hours later, and there will be dust build up again. This has helped to cut that down. I just have to wash and replace every now and then.This fabric is so nice, you're not going to want to waste any of it. There are so many uses for this cheesecloth too. I really like this product and so recommend it.
